Spiced Sweet Potato Chips
The snack takes 10 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes until ready. The ingredients include 12 OZ sweet peeled potato, ¼ teaspoon of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of salt, ½ spoon of ground cumin and ¼ teaspoon of chilli powder.
Begin by heating the oven to 375 degrees F. Slice the potatoes using a V-slicer mandolin. Spray tow baking sheet using a cooking spray. Arrange the sliced potatoes on the baking sheet and coat them with a cooking spray.
Allow the potato slices to bake for 7 minutes until they start to turn brown. Turn the slices over and continue cooking. After 7 minutes, transfer the ready browned slices to a bowl and repeat with the reaming potato slices.
Add spices into the chips and serve.
The dish takes eight minutes to prepare and 40 minutes until ready. For four serving us the following ingredients: 2 lg. zucchini, one teaspoon of olive oil, ¼ teaspoon of salt and if you like a ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and then coat the baking sheet with cooking spray. Carefully slice the zucchini diagonally and place them in a large bowl. Add oil, salt and garlic powder. Arrange the slices in a single uniform layer on the baking sheets.
Bake for 25 minutes and reduce the temperate to 300 degrees F. Bake for 15 more minutes. Let them cool at a room temperature uncovered.
Baked beet chips
For a serving of six, preparation should take 10 minutes and meal ready within 55 oil, and a ¼ teaspoon of salt.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F, peel the medium uncooked beets and make thin slices. Add coconut oil and 14 teaspoon salt.

Slice the carrots diagonally and cook in a steamer until tender. Rinse in cold water, drain and later place in an earthware container.
Add vinegar, water, garlic, turmeric, honey and chilli pepper in a saucepan. Boil and cook for 5 minutes. Later, pour the mixture over the carrots and cover. Refrigerate for several hours. Always store in the refrigerator.
Smoky Paprika Kale Chips
Ingredients include: 1 lg. bunch kale, ½ tsps. Salt, ¼ olive oil and 1 tbsp. of smoked paprika.
Remove the tough stem from Kale. Wash and tear the kale leaves into large piece. Toss the pieces into a large bowl and mix with olive oil and paprika.
Arrange the baking sheet with a parchment paper. Under the heat of 400 degrees F, roast until the kales turn crispy .After 30 minutes, toss and turn for 10 minutes. Season with sea salt and serve.
